Dr. Yueming Cheng has worked in petroleum industry and academia for many years. She performed field studies and research projects, covering production and reservoir engineering. She constantly investigated new methods and advanced technologies in various areas of petroleum engineering for application in industry, specifically in deconvolution technique, inverse modeling, optimization of infill drilling design, uncertainty quantification of reserve estimation, estimation of hydraulic fracture properties in tight gas wells. She serves as a technical editor for the journal of SPE Reservoir Evaluation & Engineering (SPEREE).
